I felt the same way. I couldn't find job postings, but I ask other AAs and they said the graduates receive multiple offers before graduation.
Perhaps a better way to approach this is to contact the hospitals (HR or anesthesia department) directly and ask them about job opportunities. Some of them have on-going recruitment.
Just like you, I'm also concerned about the student loans, but I figure if $100K or so is the price for career happiness...so be it!
