Every graduating AA student has their choice of jobs. MOST employers DO NOT advertise their open positions. Although gaswork.com has a lot of job openings listed, please don't think that they are somehow THE source for anesthesia jobs online or anywhere else.
You want a job at a specific place? CALL THEM AND ASK. Stay away from the recruiting services. There's a reason some employers use them - mainly because their package is often too inferior to attract potential hires. Most employers won't use them because of the outrageous fees they charge to the employer for a successful referral. We would much rather give you a sign-on bonus than pay a fat fee to a recruiter.
