Time for some of you in the academic world to be reminded that you are only as good as your weakest student. Those who are getting A's should be helping those with the c's not critizing them. Instructors are seen favoring the A students and ignoring the others. This isn't an arguement, this is what the student are stating from all of the different schools privately to those of use in the hospitals teaching them. As an instructor, it is YOUR JOB to help the students so be available after classes or all that your doing to making your program look bad when these students don't know something in the OR.
