I assumed that's what the GPA difference was from, and I fully believe you can easily get an interview with that. I apologize if my first comment seemed more negative about it than that. All I meant was that, since it is the case, you can easily explain that in an interview and it will look good that you already have recognized faults in your previous study habits and now have the improved habits you will need to thrive in the program.
Include any leadership positions you have had on your resume. Whether that was tutoring students in undergrad, post grad, etc.
Also, Nova is a nonprofit University that has been recognized for community outreach, so make sure your volunteering is on the resume as well. I see you already listed two things with large hours (which is very good), but if you've done other non-medical volunteering as well, put that in there too.
I wish you good luck on gaining and interview, and if you come to Tampa, maybe we'll meet. Overall, I think you have a good shot!
