My GRE scores were both %56. I retook the test and my Q went down to %53, while my V went up to %69. I didn't send the scores to Emory, fearing they would look down at the 53%.
I was told they like re-applicants, but how much? I have over 50 shadowing hours, and some nice letters of recommendation this time around. Hell, I am reading Anesthesia books over the Christmas Holiday. I am not sure what more I can do other than bump up my GRE score. What would change? I will be the same person who just brushed up on speeding through math problems.
I am debating applying to some other schools, but I just got married and my wife isn't quitting her job. We couldn't give away our town homes at this point, and she is not leaving Atlanta. I could try a long distance relationship, but that is not high on my list.
I will be 35 in August. So will I apply a third time? Should I?
