That's sort of hard to answer because it depends on the individual applicant. For a post-bacc, the GRE is pretty much the only option without losing a year, so they take that into consideration so I assume most are GRE applicants. Straight out of undergrad I would think they would prefer the MCAT since you are on schedule to take it - no excuses not to show your knowledge in the sciences. As far as reporting, I beleive all test scores are sent, and for the GRE they take the highest sections from multiple attempts and combine them in your favor. Not sure about the MCAT but this is how they do GRE. The best place to find addition info is directly from the schools for the most accurate answer.
