I've said it once and I'll keep saying it. The programs look at EVERYTHING. C's don't look good, but an MCAT >30 looks great. It's the package as a whole that gets you in (and likewise can keep you out). I could care less if you got an A in physics if you're a lazy twit. I could care less if you got a C in physics if you've got some solid clinical experience and stellar LOR's. Too many minuses obviously is a big problem, but a couple minuses and a couple big plusses and you might be just fine.
