Also, since you are interviewed side-by-side with another candidate (I think?), do they ask you each the same question and assess how well each of you answer it? In other words, is the interview competitive?
I think it's interesting to note that at Nova's interview, I wasn't asked a single pre-planned question other than "Tell me about yourself" (which isn't really a question, but whatever). I think I would rather "play the game" and participate in an Emory-style interview where I answer more specific, individualized questions.
Do you recall if Emory even asks the usual questions about hobbies, work, personal characteristics, etc.?
And for the heck of it, I would be curious to hear about any of the other wacky kinds of questions Emory asks if you don't mind. :-)
