CRNA's To DNAP's??

Can anyone give me some insight on CRNA's becoming DNAP's? And how will this affect AA's? Will DNAP's ever oversee AA's? And is this possibly why the AANA is pushing for CRNA's to be Doctors of Nurse Anesthesia practice? What do you think DAVE J?
