I am not really sure how calculas, bio-chem antomy by themselves lend any clinical application so this "pre-med" experience is not relevent might as well mention honors biology form high school while you are at it.
I do not know what you are observing but in an ACT both can act in the same way because the restrictions of an ACT limit the CRNA while they define the purpose and abilities of an AA soo if you put michel phelps on a high school team and make him do the exact same thing a freshman swimmer is just as good.
