Fair enough. But I could argue that an AA that has the same skills as a CRNA could do an equal job, regardless as to where they are practicing.
CRNAs are trying to get into pain management and outpatient medicine, which is outside their training in some people's opinion. But if a CRNA is bright enough to be able to manage a patient in the OR, shouldn't they be able to in an office in a less acute setting? How about an AA with a generalist background.
All shades of gray - but no problem. At least most of us have jobs in this economy.
