Its sad that as a health professional, you take your time to go on forums like these and write ignorant, useless comments like this one. Let me ask you, what major were all the nurses you "taught" prior to their matriculation into nursing school? Biology majors? Biochemistry majors? Chemistry Majors? Wait, nursing school only requires you take anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and chemistry for pre-nursing majors (i.e, elementary chemistry). Look up the prerequisites for AA school, if you don't know how to, I can teach you.
