Orders from a PA. Now that is funny. How many patients do you think would go without a procedure which they needed, because there is not enough anesthesiologists to cover every rural hospital in america. If it wasn't for CRNA independence may of these people would either do without or have to travel along distance for care. So just because you are unhappy about your career choice (doctor assistant) do not try to belittle other professions.
