Money came out of nowhere for the MDA! Healthcare cant afford to have them "medically directing 2-3 rooms" and sitting in the lounge. Why dont they try non=medical direction. We have 15 mdas for 12 OR's and 6 of them are off everyday. Great bang for the buck
