why would AAs be affected so much more by this than CRNAs? I thought that 90% of CRNAs work under and are supervised by anesthesiologists. So you must classify those CRNAs who work under the supervision of an anesthesiologist as "lowest level provider" as well? Do you only consider independently practicing CRNAs as "mid-level"? Your logic makes little sense to me...
