1. Fact: No CRNA or other anesthesia provider at the surger (sic) center in quesiton (sic) was ever witnessed or admitted to administering propofol in a manner that transmits Hepatitis.
Here is the details of how they identified the source of the outbreak and a clear description of the technique used by the Nurse Anesthetists that they feel CAUSED the transmission of the hepatitis.
I think it pretty clearly shows where the break down in sterile technique came from.

Yes, this is a newspaper article but it is pretty complete as to details with reliable quotes from reliable investigators of the incident.
And as yet, June 4, 2008, the Nevada State Board of Nursing still has not released what actions they took in regards to the nurse anesthetists.
