If I decide to go for dental school, then I might apply this May (most dental schools don't require a degree). I'm only in my second year of college, so if I decide to go the AA route (or maybe even medical school) and not dental school, then I'll have no choice but to wait until May of 2009 to apply. If that is the case, that sounds like a great deal. Is it rare to land a deal like that?

Hey NeuroQueen,
Dave -- the last option (the one that sets you up with lots of "bonus" vacation time) sounds interesting. Let me get it straight: you work a Friday night call, then a Saturday day shift, then a Sunday day shift, and then you are given 9 or 10 days of vacation (which aren't subtracted from your standard vacation days)?
