I had a decent ride on Saturday as my warmup ride. That was my open ride. There were close to 20 entries, mostly trainers. We didn't place but it was good preparation for Sunday and Saba performed well. That was her first time doing that test in front of a judge ever.
Sunday's ATR ride was terrific. My trainer and Peter Mileo and a couple of others came to watch so I had a cheering section. My trainer was ecstatic over how well my ride went and expected a high score. We were shocked to see that I only got a 60%, which put us 7th out of 18. Really, I can't think of a single thing that I would have done different. Saba rocked. I am so proud of her. We were only two placings away from a top 5.
Next year!!!
I don't know if anyone videoed us, but the photographer should have photos up soon.
