Well, it's been another interesting foaling season.....last year all the mares went over due at our farm......3 went at least a month over. Now, this year every foal came early (one just too early.)
But, we did have 3 awesome babies in 2008......a palomino filly out of our perlino tobiano paint mare, a buckskin colt out of our perlino solid mare, and a gorgeous pinto filly out of our purebred Arab mare.
The buckskin and palomino were by our Arab stallion, My Alybi. The pinto filly was by my pinto Part-Arab stallion, Twist of Fate. I was sooooo excited with the pinto because it was the first pinto filly that this mare ever had and it is going to be her last foal since she is 24 this year.......This filly is a "keeper".
