I know how heartbreaking it can be with these newborns. I'm still not over the ordeal of Farabba's colt a few years back. I'm thinking good thoughts for you guys. We've got an orphan calf right now, lost his mom hours after she delivered but luckily he was a full term calf and it's been easy going for us for the most part. I don't envy you 
(Though when I saw your post I was so scared it was something else...glad to see you're fine!) Keep us posted Donna, and I'll have to check out your messageboard for the full scoop.
