Hello, all and a good Saturday morning to you!! Can you believe that we are almost at the end of January........not too much more winter now!!!
It's kind of chilly and not too sunny, but it's fun to look out and see the horses out in the paddocks......some just munching hay and some running around.......or running off some of the extra energy. The creams are down in the lower front field and you can hardly pick them out in the trees........looks like they are camouflaged (or however you spell it) in the woods with the snow around.
I'm going down this afternoon to do some worming and I think I'll "feel some bellies".........that's always fun. I enjoy "talking" to those little ones inside. Cookie is our only maiden mare this year, but I'm not too worried about her accepting her foal........she tries to steal the foals from the other mares and just loves the babies so I think that she will be an excellent mommy......I sure hope so.
Well, I have a few things to take care of this morning so bye for now........have a great Saturday!!!
