My wait is over. Saba turns 4 soon and is getting very bored with being saddled, longed, and led around, so it took it a step further. Around the first of the year I sat on her for the first time. Just sat there, for about five minutes. I did that a couple more times since then. She was unimpressed with it all. So I asked her to move. Just a few steps. Balancing a person on her back is all so new to her, but she is taking it all well. I am keeping our sessions short and slow for a while still.
