Posted by Patty J Robby is doing well in our Dressage lessons. We are working on becoming more solid at First Level. Zarra is rideable at a walk-trot pace after a long recovery from her lumbar-sacral problems. Well, I snuck in a few canter departures here and there. There is some hope she will be showable next year, at the age of 22, but I might have to keep her at Training Level for a while. Saba is about ready for me to hop on. She turns 4 this spring and is dying for a job and wants more attention now that I am working a long day with a commute. Poor neglected baby.

I am working 10 hour days for now at the fabrication shop, welding and freezing. But I still manage to ride after work in the unlight, uncovered arena where I board.
