What a great idea about using the contents of the glow stick, but I would be certain sure its not going to harm or cause an allergic reaction before doing that.
I know I used poster paints for my last parade, once they dried it was not easy to get off at all. In fact some of it had to wear off. But then again it might run in the sweat.
You know they do make glow in the dark paint-but then it has to be exposed to light for a while first.
Too bad they don't make a skeleton slinky.
