Posted by Shannon "Hawk passed away peacefully this morning August 22, 2006. Hawk was the favorite mount of my son, Adam, who passed away in 1978 and Hawk chose to pass on Adam's birthday August 22.. I now believe they have met at the Rainbow Bridge and are cantering across the fields enjoying that special bond they once had. I owned this proud stallion from the time he was a baby and shared 34 wonderful years with him. May he rest in peace and I will miss him"
