They're probably complaining because they are lucky
In a way spoiled, but more because you guys don't have the same numbers of cases and deaths that some countries have. So all the restrictions are more of a hassle (which they are, for everyone) -- you're not seeing the same kind of tragedy like in Italy or the US or Brazil or England. Which is a good thing, overall. I think things in Hawaii might be a little different than on the mainland, as the US has very different situations depending on which state you're in. I haven't heard a lot of complaining about not being able to travel, but we have more pressing things to worry about. Like a genuine health crisis because of the Ignoranus (yes, both stupid and an @sshole) in charge, and all the selfish gutless wonders supporting him.
