I watched tons of videos! I had a canvas, I had paints, and pouring medium, I had silicon oil for cells. I had it all!
Turns out the starters pouring kit I had was useless. They give you pain and pouring medium, but it was too little! I had use extra paint that I had, but the paint was't liquidy enough. And I didn't have enough of it... and it was all just a mess. I tried to save my painting and ended up with a gray/brown mess on my canvas.
I just scrapted it off, and hopefully I'll be able to use the canvas for another painting if I prime it properly.
I am really disappointed. I was going to make this really beautiful flower painting for my mum's hallway. Even got to borrow my dad's heat torch... which I spilt paint on.
I was so excited about it... and now my dad is going to laugh at me!
