I am sorry if this post will sound a little heavy. I think I remember that many of us suffer from anxiety, depression or at least stress, in a way.
For me, it’s constantly ups and downs and, even though I have learned to deal with my very frequent anxiety attacks, I hate all the feeling emotional and like I am a pain for the people around me.
I have noticed, though, that toppy attentions help me feel less “bad” most of the time. They help me feel more balanced or at least, as they make me squirm, they help my thoughts sleep away from the nasty anxiety vortex and after a while my physical symptoms calm down too and I manage to relax a bit.
Now, this doesn’t always work, but it is sometimes something worth “trying”. So I was wondering...is any of you dealing with the same issues?
Speaking for everyone, but especially those of you who have long distance relationships, how do you make your “brat” squirm and help her relax and calm down a bit, or take her mind off things?
If you are the one actually struggling with this, what helps you relax and calm down and squirm it out?
I’m sorry if this question is stupid, I feel a bit embarrassed as I post it.
