setting cdrom colors

It is possible to change the text color for cdroms in albumlist.txt. It works fine, except that when a cdrom is selected, albumlist uses the normal selected text colors.
Is it possible to set cdrom bg color and selected cdrom color & bg color ?
If not, maybe this could be added in a future release ?
