Universal shortcut key

Right now you have to have albumlist highlighted for pressing "j" to bring up the jump box. Is it possible to make it so pressing a key will bring it up no matter what window is open or at least any WINAMP window? I would like to not have album list open and just bring up the jump box when I need it by pressing a single key.
