Problem with my playlist

Hi all,
I've got a big problem with the scanning of the root folder of my cd :
- there is some album which are duplicated, and I don't know why ??
- moreover, I can't use the short key m and n , it seems to randomly work bad.
Ps : I've got a few playlist (m3u) at the root, and a few directory containing mp3 and mpc.
