I know exactly what ur problem is!
Im working on it at the moment, and i found that the art.ini file name (WEEDGUY) has to relate to the name of the image it's using, and ther isnt an image called WEEDGUY. Its supposed to use an image called WEED (a cool guy) but if you just change WEEDGUY to WEED, we have a problem: the weedeater. To fix this, well, i dunno. If you have XCC mixer, you should be able to do something from there (change the image name for weed to weedguy (the weedguy is found in the conquerer.mix file)). Ill also try usind your weedsequence.
