There is tons of info about workouts,and tons of opinions. Just stick with the basics and go heavy as possible so that your 10th rep is really hard to get out. Bent rows are good for bulk. I prefer a lot of chin ups and pull ups, and you also can do them with weights strapped on. Deca will work ok by itself but it depends upon what cycles you have done in the past. If you are young .. in your 20's and have never used steroids before then 200mg would work fine.
