He is a UFC champ dude and he doesn't do any roids.He is not big either.He is 6ft and only weighs 180lbs. Being ripped makes you look skinny in clothes but big and muscular with no shirt on. He gets his condtion from a meticulous diet and hard workout. He wakes every morning and runs 2 miles,then comes to the gm and skips rope for 6 sets of 3 minutes with 2 minutes rest in between. He also keeps using heavier ropes until his last few sets are with a 10lb. Try taking a regular light 1/2 lb rope and just skip for 1 minute...I will lay money you can't.Then he does chin ups,pull ups,dips and pushups.Then he hits the heavy bag for 5 rounds and spars for 5 rounds. He doesn't use weights,but he works ot really hard.He keeps his abs by eating 1300 calories per day and 1000 situps with a medicine ball every day.Makes me tired just watching him. His problem is maintaing his weight. He works out so hard that he looses weight easily. I did put him on primobolan last year,but only 100mg/week for 10 weeks.That hardened him up and he has kept all of his gains.
