yes it is very common in women,especially at that dose.If it is just the acne she is worried about then she can stop for about 4 days and then start again at 4-8mg.If she don't have any clit problems,or voice problems and is making good progress on 10mg then she should just tolerate the acne.It is only temporary,unlike the other side effects mentioned.
