The medical literature,..most doctors in the know,and docs who treat aids patients with roids all say divided doses.As for results, it doesn't seem any different to me.Maybe its better not to hit your liver all at once.Kind of like...its better to drink a six pack of beer from 8am to 8pm then it is to drink a six pack from 8am to 8:15am....dig?-PV
