i am 6"1 230 lbs with some fair definition but i want to drop weight and gain a more defined physique...i have dabbled with deca,dbol,and cyp before but i now have 20 cc's tren 200ml/cc (i know thats odd but it is legit)... i was wondering how to split up the shots and how many calories,protein, and carbs i should consume in order to drop 20 or so pounds and get ripped??? thanks alot!! ps this message board has sum awesome info on it
