Good topic here, I breeze through the different dog boards and this is the first time I have seen this stuff discussed. I hunt BMCs and just picked up a good blooded Bluetick pup. Pups from BMCs go for $200 to $300 around here. The Bluetick who has several grand and nite champions in his pedigree I paid $350. I myself have been mildly interested in trying an Airedale but there is no way I would pay a lot of money for a puppy. As was already stated a puppy is a gamble and any good dog man knows that.
