Being an old, former, die-hard White Sox fan, I could not pull for the Yanks. They are still the Bums, to me, even if they have 27 titles !!
Phillies, hold your head high, you had a great year and your getting better, all the time !! I picked the Phillies in 7, but again, I was wrong. When you are a Yankie-hater, you are always picking wrong, unless you were pulling for Boston, that great year !!
Wait till next year, Cub fans. That is, if J. Hendry is shown the clubhouse door. Don't hold your breath !!
