I'm an amerasian adoptee. I arrived in NY April 75' through operation babylift. Angel Guardian Home Brooklyn,NY help with my adoption. Is there some one who can point me in the right direction of finding any paper work of my adoption?. Or seeing database of vietnamses orphans from 73' through 75'.
