All kidding aside, I think Debz would probably give it a try, but I wonder how interesting she would find all the blood and guts !! I certainly would be interested in her opinion of the book.
Debz, have you ever read Upton Sinclair's " The Jungle "? It is the story of life in the stockyards of Chicago, at the turn of the 20th century. It is a realistic novel, with some tragic elements. It is not what could be called, light reading.
