Here's a warm hello from sunny Southern California. I'm in a hotel in Carson (near Redondo Beach and Los Angeles) on business. This is my second LA area hotel this summer. I bring my flute (from AGO) to practice since it's kind of boring (the beach etc is more fun with friends). End of summer, about 15 of us old timers will give a concert for our families at a bbq in Costa Mesa (about 50 miles south of LA). Sr. Gregory would probably love it. Go 43! Grad'd 8th grade '68, left ago after junior year '71. The neighborhood looks very different. I liked going out to the Jewish houses to help make matza ball (sp?) soup, wash dishes, iron clothes, and other odd jobs in the neighborhood.
