Is the Underground Gym in Flourtown still around? I think it was run by Joe Braca. And, is Joe Braca still lifting? If so, here is my email: dasilvad@rider.edu. I'm training for the USAPL King of Prussia meet in Dec. and could use some help.

It better be open, Mike and I are squatting there tomorrow, and one of us has the raw world's in 6 weeks, cannot miss workouts.
