64.179.99.89I have used straps, on my last set of deadlifts, my whole lifting career(41 years). In 1983 I pulled 690 and never had a grip problem. If you're deadlifting and you lose your grip you are not going to have a good training session.Wear straps. Someday you may deadlift 690. - Re: DEADLIFTS

76.125.212.170no chalk? i dont know how long youve been at that gym but any gym i join i make sure they have the right atmosphere(weights,machines,etc).maybe you should go to another gym or at the very least tell the gym owner youll clean the mess yourself right after youre done . - Re: DEADLIFTS
