Great post! Particularly for new lifters, I would heavily emphsize the last line of the bench section; WAIT FOR THE RACK COMMAND BEFORE RACKING! I have seen a lot of otherwise great bench efforts wasted because after a hardfought bench to arm's length, they immediately racked it before the judge could give the rack command. As Jackson said, wait for the signal, both the press signal, and the rack signal.
