My original plan was to go to Central PA Open, since I was unable to attend this year's nationals. Then it occurred to me what date the meet was held: Halloween. I have not missed one year of trick-or-treating with my girls, and there was no way I was missing it this year either. I just would not be able to make it back in time after the meet was over. There are only a few things on my priority list higher than my dedication to my lifting, my kids being at the very top of that list.
On the other hand, I see that next year's nationals will be held in the Philadelphia area. Excellent...
