Item # 1. "In order to take a 4th attempt for an American record, out of competition, the lifters must make his or her third attempt, either setting an American record, or it being within 20#, or 20 kilos of the existing American record." 20 kilos is 44#, so... did you mean 10 kilos or 22#?
