I have had a home gym for about 17 years now. I have a cage (something like a cage, anyway) with a bench, which has an overhead pulley and row attachment. I have a legpress machine which double as a hack squat machine which can hold up to about 1000 lbs. Also, I have a leg curl / leg extension bench.
I have recently joined a gym about 1/2 mile from my house because it has a reverse hyper machine, and some other things my home gym lacks, and a broad array of aerobic devices, which I keep trying to convince myself they would be good for me to use.
