I trained in public gyms for years, paricularly in my bodybuilding days (stop laughing Al ). I've had a home gym for the last 11 years. Just curious how many others train at home and what's in your gym. I have a cage with a bench attachment, Reverse Hyper machine, overhead pulley, dumbells up to 100, 650 lbs. of free weight, a pulling sled for outside, EZ curl bar and a commercial rowing machine (stop laughing Al ). Then of course my newest edition on wooden disc for Davis' deadlift.
