Dawn, I had a prenatal diagnosis at 26 weeks. My son is now 8mths old and he is wonderful. I am also a nurse and did a lot of research prior to delivery. Genetics was and still is instrumental in our journey. : Hi, my baby has been diagnosed with : Tetrology of Fallot and now with the : ch22q11 deletion from a prenatal : FISH test. So now we are penciled : in at the genetic counselor's : office. Has anyone found themselves : with a prenatal diagnosis? I don't : see any stories online from parents : who knew about this before their : baby was born. Is prenatal : diagnosis new or are parents : encouraged to abort? I don't think I : could do that, she is so lively : already. :
